Artist Statement
“I strive to capture the ever changing light and moods of the mountains which surround us. My focus and passion is on colour and its relationship to light and shade. I love the vibrancy and rich texture that can be achieved through painting in oils. My primary influences have been Tom Thomson and The Group of Seven as well as the French Impressionists.”
