Biography

Michael is a self-taught Canadian artist who has painted Canadian landscapes for thirty years. Michael’s original watercolours and acrylic paintings utilize bold colours to create the delicate qualities of the environment he paints. His art contains skillfully applied detail to convey texture and contrast, which with his bold use of colour, brings his paintings to life.

As an artist, Michael has spent time in Eastern Canada and well as Canada’s north. He now lives in Jasper where he spends his free time painting.
